If you are reading this because you have purchased, or are considering purchasing, some of our delicious sauces and pestos, let us start by saying thank you.

At Jar Goods, we take quality assurance seriously. It starts with using the highest quality ingredients and continues right down to how we handle, package and ship your order. In the unlikely event that your order arrives defective (i.e. safety button has popped or glass jar has been broken during shipping) or the contents are not correct, you can request a refund within 30 days of receipt. We will get a new shipment in the mail as quickly as we can. Your satisfaction with our products is extremely important to us and we stand by everything we sell.
