Spicy Sun Dried Tomato Pasta Bake

Nothing tastes better than home. Jar Goods’ Spicy Sun-dried Tomato Pasta Bake is a sophisticated spin on a childhood favorite. Perfect for a weeknight meal, this recipe will have dinner on the table in 40 minutes or less.

  • 1 jar Classic Spicy Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1/2 sliced sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 lb rotini or fusilli pasta
  • additional veggies and/or protein of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

Heat the oven to 325 degrees. Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil and cook your pasta of choice al dente as it will continue to cook in the oven. Sauté your onions until tender, throw in additional veggies and/or protein. Add a jar of Classic Spicy to the mix. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Combine drained pasta and sauce mixture in a casserole dish. Top with cheese, sprinkle some more salt and pepper.

Bake 20 minutes and enjoy!
