Ravioli in Classic Vodka Sauce
There are so many great options for ravioli in the market and no better way to enjoy them than with Jar Goods. This recipe is perfect for a fast and filling weekday dinner and made even more enjoyable with the addition of freshly shaved Parmesan and basil leaves.
1 (9 oz.) package of spinach and ricotta ravioli
½ jar Classic Vodka Sauce
Freshly shaved Parmesan cheese
Basil leaves for topping
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook ravioli according to package instructions.
2. Meanwhile, warm vodka sauce in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the drained ravioli to the vodka sauce, stirring gently until well coated.
4. Serve with shaved Parmesan and fresh basil leaves.
